By accessing or using NDIS Newsletter Navigator ("NDIS Navigator", the "app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. The app is operated by Turbojet Marketing, an Australian business, and is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA).
The app provides general information about the NDIS, including plain-English answers to common questions, community stories, expert guides, a fortnightly newsletter, and AI-assisted tools to help you find information. The service is provided for informational purposes only.
Information in the app is general in nature and is not legal, medical, financial, or disability advice. It is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional or an official source such as the NDIA. Always verify important information and seek appropriate professional advice before acting on anything you read here.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Where an NDIS participant is a minor, an account must be created and managed by a parent or guardian. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
If you submit a community story, comment, or other content, you confirm that you own the rights to it and that it is accurate and lawful. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to review, edit, publish, and share it within the app and on our social media channels. We may decline to publish or remove content at any time.
You agree not to misuse the app or interfere with its operation. In particular, you will not:
Some answers and news content may be generated or summarised with the help of artificial intelligence. AI-generated content may contain errors or be out of date. You are responsible for verifying any information before relying on it.
The app may link to, or integrate with, third-party websites and services (such as the NDIS website, Google, and social media platforms). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.
The app's content, branding, and design are owned by Turbojet Marketing and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content without permission, except as permitted by law. "NDIS" and related marks are owned by the National Disability Insurance Agency.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about accuracy, reliability, or availability, and we do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Turbojet Marketing is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the app, including any indirect or consequential loss.
You can delete your account at any time from the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, or for any other reason at our discretion.
Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review it to understand our practices.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.

We will respond in accordance with applicable law.
